Urgent Mail for Loved One Stolen

Home
Page Title

This website is posted in the hope that it will lead to the recovery of a victim of traffickers in women and children.

All police services and private individuals with any knowledge of Oliver Albert Chanyut Chokjanphen (AKA Chanyut Vermeulen, Channy Vermeulen, DJ Channy and DJ Chavvy), age 24, born in Thailand on February 28, 1989, and last seen in Belgium, are urged to contact this website and/or his family at once as indicated: Tel.: 66 - 08 4 726 4836; 66 - 08 - 6024 - 7032. Or jamesonrosemont@yahoo.com

Belgian and Thai police services were complicit in kidnapping and trafficking the victim, obstructed search and recovery efforts and have been in all ways wholly uncooperative and unreliable since then. The Thai police intimidated complainants and witnesses and threatened their physcial safety. There is overwhelming documentary evidence of their persistent criminal conduct.

The last trace of the victim was the listing of an address and telephone number in the name of

Chanyut Vermeulen in Zondhoven, Belgium on two Belgian telephone company Internet websites in mid-October 2013 (see above). He is unknown at the telephone number, which is in another town, and there has been no response to the letters sent to the address.

It is believed that the victim is surrounded by bad company and unaware of the Internet posting.

School Employee took Mail

Many Registered Postal Items Unaccounted For

SISO 2 Deurne

On June 17, 2005, Feng Champa sent an urgent letter to Oliver Albert Chanyut Chokjanphen, age 16, in Belgium, from Bangkok, Thailand, at the request of the latter's family in Thailand.

The letter was addressed to Oliver Chanyut at the # 2 public secondary school in Deurne District of Antwerp (Stedelijk Instituut voor Secundair Onderwijs Deurne 2 [SISO 2 Deurne]). Several school employees claim Oliver Chanyut attends the school.

The letter was sent from Bangkok by the Express Mailing Service (EMS).

According to Belgian and Thai postal records, the letter was delivered to the school seven days later, at 2:32 p. m ., on June 24.

The letter was signed for by Paul Callot, non-academic supervisor of students.*

There has been no response from Oliver Chanyut, who should have called home immediately.

Last February, Callot (or the school principal, Guy T'jampens), admitted that they had taken all previous letters and messages from the family to Oliver Chanyut and that they had deliberately kept them from him.

The school is obligated by law to give all mail and messages to the student. There is no conceivable reason for withholding urgent mail for a student from his mother and other relatives.  Only the student's family has a legal right to custody and care. Any claim otherwise is false and fraudulent.

The behavior of Callot and T'jampens is perverse, criminal and, as documented, gang-related. They should be arrested and prosecuted without further delay. The failure of the authorities to acknowledge repeated requests to stop Callot and T'jampens is inexcusable and, at the least, dereliction of duty and malfeasance.

On June 24, 2005, the postman delivered a letter for Oliver Chanyut to SISO 2 Deurne which was taken by a school employee who signed the name "Paul Callot" (see below).

Belgian Pedophiles continue to obstruct contact

SISO 2 Deurne employees continue to obstruct delivery of the family's mail and messages to Chanyut. They steal the mail. They are trying to block email messages.

It should be recalled that the convicted Belgian pedophile Marc Dutroux kidnapped children from a school directly across the street from his home. Policemen searching his home later heard the cries of the children. many suspect that policemen were complicit in Dutroux's procurement of children to pedophile rings.

In the case of Chanyut Chokjanphen, there is overwhelming evidence of the compicity of Antwerp city police, Antwerp city public school and Don Bosco school employees with an international pedophile ring operating in Antwerp and Thailand.

It can be added here that in rural up-country Thailand, grade school teachers frequent brothels at local district headquarters that procure girls and boys age 13 and under.

By law, you must comply with a family’s request for contact with a loved one, especially since the latter is a minor.

Legal counsel in Belgium has advised that you are culpable for all injuries, physical and emotional, inflicted upon the child and his family through your failure to comply with the family’s request. You are not protected against prosecution in criminal court or against suits for damages in civil court through a statute of limitation in such case.

Christmas Cards Also Stolen

Dozens of Christmas cards sent to Chanyut at SISO 2 Deurne from friends and relatives were never answered.

Belgian postal officials have refused to account for registered items.

All indications are that school employees kept the mail or shared it with the police a local pedophile ring.

In one case, for example, William Champa in Thailand received no indication that Chanyut received his Christmas card, sent by registered airmail from Thailand on December 3, 2005. Thai postal authorities tried several times to trace this postal item but Belgian postal officials have not cooperated. The last inquiry submitted to Thai postal authorities about this particular postal item was on November 16, 2006.
